A CLOSER LOOK
A fixed walnut handle and brushed aluminum head
Ooni Signature suits a shopper who wants a one-piece walnut handle rather than the Original’s nylon grip or a folding joint. Its brushed hard-anodized aluminum head has a graduated beveled edge and a redesigned perforation layout, giving you specific construction details to compare rather than just a different finish color.
The 14-inch model UU-P38D00 has a listed overall profile of 33.5 × 14 × 1.2 inches. Plan storage for that complete fixed format; a separate handle-only length and head depth are not supplied. Ooni describes thicker aluminum, but does not give a numeric thickness for this model.
Hand washing is specified. The walnut handle has a special coating, but no oiling or refinishing routine is supplied. Choose the Original if you prefer its glass-reinforced nylon grip, or a folding Chef Pomodoro if reducing the stored length matters more than the fixed walnut assembly. One peel is included; a bag or cutter is not part of the described package.
