COMPARE THE ACTUAL DIMENSIONS
Fit & intended use
Compare the selected solid face and approximate size; nominal sixteen-inch wording and 15.75-inch width are not an automatic contradiction.
A CLOSER LOOK
A continuous aluminum face with rotating-handle storage
The solid Colenza is the choice to compare when you want a continuous aluminum paddle rather than a perforated face. It shares the range’s rotating wooden handle and cloth-bag storage arrangement, so you can change the contact surface without changing that basic setup.
The paddle is described as 15.75 × 18 inches under the approximately 16-inch label, with aluminum 1.5 mm thick. Use those face dimensions for the support outline you want. The complete extended length and rotated storage profile are not separately supplied, so check them if working or cabinet space is limited.
The cloth bag is included and is intended to protect the stored peel from dust and scratches. A detailed washing routine is not given for this solid model. Choose the perforated Colenza if openings for loose flour are the difference you want, or Ooni Signature if a fixed walnut handle and stated overall profile suit you better.

Where this model is useful
- The continuous face gives a distinct contact-surface choice beside the perforated model.
- A rotating handle and supplied bag offer a defined storage arrangement.
Trade-offs to check
- Extended total length including the handle is not separately established.
- A thickness statement is not an allowable load or an independently verified rigidity test.
Fit & buying checks for this reference
Choose the face you actually want
Check solid rather than perforated before ordering; one peel is supplied, not both versions.
Check both stored and extended profiles
Ask for the complete dimensions if the handle arrangement must fit a tight cupboard or workspace.
Care instructions
Specific source care
Store in the provided cloth bag to protect against dust and scratches; no detailed washing method is stated for this exact ASIN.
Questions about this selected product
When should I compare this solid face with the perforated version?
Compare this option when you want a continuous aluminum support surface. Colenza’s separate perforated selection has openings for loose flour to fall through; it is a different face, rather than an extra paddle included here.
Does the rotating handle mean it comes with two peels?
No. The contents identify one solid-face peel and a cloth bag. Rotation describes the wooden handle’s setup and storage arrangement, not a second tool.
What should I check before choosing it for a small storage space?
The descriptive paddle size is 15.75 × 18 inches. Confirm the complete rotated-handle profile and extended length if clearance is tight, because those complete dimensions are not itemized. The supplied cloth bag is explicitly intended to protect the stored peel from dust and scratches.
